Help and advice

  1. Payment. We accept all major credit or debit cards, and Paypal. We can also accept cheques in which case your goods will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Fourseasonsgardenfurniture. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
  2. What if a product is out of stock? At certain times of the year we may not have every item in stock. If your chosen item is out of stock we shall contact you with an estimated delivery date. If this is unacceptable, we shall suggest an alternative product . If you choose not to accept this we will, of course, cancel your order and return all monies paid.
  3. How will I know that my online order has been received? On completion of your order we shall send you a confirmation email. This will be followed by a further email or telephone call to arrange delivery and to discuss any necessary detail regarding your order.
  4. How will my goods be delivered? We have 3 different delivery methods. Small items eg Bistro sets, are send by Parcelforce on a 48hr service, Medium sized items will be sent to you on a pallet, again on a 48hr service and large items will be delivered and assembled for you by our own delivery driver. In the case of the latter we shall contact you arrange a mutually convenient delivery time. Palletised deliveries can be left without signature provided that there is a safe place to leave the goods and that you authorise for the goods to be delivered unsigned.
  5. Contacting Us. We do not operate fixed opening hours. You may call us 7 days a week 24hrs a day. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we shall return your call at the earliest opportunity.
  6. Product Guarantees. We offer a 'no quibble' five year guarantee on all cast aluminium furniture. Parasols and cushions do not carry a guarantee but you may exercise your right to return faulty goods within 7 days of delivery in the event that they are delivered in a less than perfect condition.
  7. Returns policy - Faulty Goods: A seven day money back guarantee exists for faulty products. Evidence of any faults must be supplied by you. We shall supply a replacement product or alternatively offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product. Faulty products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, along with the original packaging. Once the faulty product has been successfully returned, a replacement product or a full refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
  8. Returns policy - Non-Faulty Goods: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you wish to return some or all of the items from your order, please contact with us within seven days of receiving the goods. You can either arrange to return the goods to us at your own cost or we will arrange collection at a cost of £60 which will be deducted from your refund. We can only refund you for returned goods if they are returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
  9. How do I order online?

Select a product
At the base of the product page their is a product attribute selection box
Select a furniture colour
Select a chair style, the chairs will be the same colour as the table colour
Select accessories from the drop down menu option.
Select the amount of these sets you would like in most cases this will be one but you may have a bigger order for multiple tables. Please call us for bulk purchase discounts.
Your items will appear in the shopping basket, when you have finished selecting the product you want proceed to the checkout.
At this point you can proceed to checkout Online and we will send you to Paypal to make payment( this is so all card details are handled by Paypal).
Alternatively, call us on the order line and we will take your order and card details by phone.
Once we have taken your payment your card details will be manually destroyed.
Four Seasons will not hold you card infomation online or offline for your security.

If an item purchased by you is later found to be offered at a promotional price, you will not be entitled to any price adjustment once your goods have been delivered.
