1. Payment. We accept all major credit or debit cards, and Paypal. There is no charge for using credit cards or Paypal. American express cards are accepted if you order online, via Sagepay We can also accept cheques in which case your goods will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Four Seasons Garden Furniture. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact us for our account details. All card payments are handled by Sage Pay; a third party payment gatway. This is an online security measure. We do not have sight, nor do we keep a record of your credit card details.
  2. What if a product is out of stock? At certain times of the year we may not have every item in stock. If your chosen item is out of stock we shall contact you with an estimated delivery date. If this is unacceptable, we shall suggest an alternative product . If you choose not to accept this we will, of course, cancel your order and return all monies paid.
  3. How will I know that my online order has been received? On completion of your order we shall send you a confirmation email. This will be followed by a further email or telephone call to arrange delivery and to discuss any necessary detail regarding your order.
  4. How will my goods be delivered? We have 3 different delivery methods. Small items eg Bistro sets, are send by Parcelforce or similar courier on a 48hr service, Medium to large items will be sent to you on a pallet, again on a 48hr service. Delivery drivers will offload the pallet and put it at the entrance to your property. It will then be your responsibility to unpack and to place the furniture in its final location. If you have any restrictions in terms of access,please advise us of these at the time of ordering. Dependant upon your location we may use our own driver and vehicle to deliver your order. In cases where we deliver ourselves, 8 and 10 seater sets will be assembled for you. We shall contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time but please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times when using third party couriers.. Palletised deliveries can be left without signature provided that there is a safe place to leave the goods and that you authorise for the goods to be delivered unsigned. Next day and Saturday morning deliveries are possible but these will incur extra charges. Please contact us for a quote. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of it being placed, provided that the items ordered are in stock. During busy periods, dispatch times could be considerably longer and it can take up to a week from placing your order for us to process and dispatch. We always use our best endeavours to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. 
  5. Contacting Us. We do not operate fixed opening hours. You may call us 7 days a week 24hrs a day. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we shall return your call at the earliest opportunity.
  6. Product Guarantees. We offer a 'no quibble' ten year guarantee on all cast aluminium furniture. Our steel framed swing seats are guaranteed for 2 years. (Products purchased before January 1st 2016 are only guaranteed for 5 years) Parasols and cushions do not carry a guarantee but you may exercise your right to return faulty goods within 7 days of delivery in the event that they are delivered in a less than perfect condition.
  7. Details of our 10 year guarantee. We guarantee our furniture for 10 years from the date of delivery. The guarantee includes;  peeling or flaking of the powder coating, rusting and structural changes.
  8. Exclusions to the guarantee;  Colour fading due to prolonged exposure to ultra violet light, cushions and parasols, parasol bases, seizure of the Lazy Susan (if applicable), deterioration of the powder coating due to the corrosive action of bird droppings or salt air, permanent locations within 2 kilometres of the coastline of Great Britain, Northern and Southern Ireland and the Islands of the United Kingdom, damage due to mis-handling or misuse by the customer, commercial use, loss of adjustable feet.  Replacement of products under the terms of the guarantee are restricted to one replacement per product per customer.
  9. Do I need to assemble the furniture?  All tables require assembly. The procedure is very straight forward and detailed instructions are provided. Stacking chairs are welded and require no assembly. Bistro chairs, benches and loungers will all need assembling
  10. Prices; Prices may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to offer and to withdraw promotions on any of our range of items without prior notice. If an item purchased by you is later found to be offered at a promotional price, you will not be entitled to any price adjustment once your goods have been delivered.
  11. Free Delivery; Free delivery is based upon an economy service which takes between 2 and 3 days from the date of dispatch. It applies to all English Counties except Devon and Cornwall. The following charges apply to areas not covered by the free delivery; Devon, Cornwall and Wales - £20.  Scotland £35. Highlands and Islands - Please call for a quote.
