Prices All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to increase or reduce the price of any product at anytime. The price you pay for your goods will be the published price at the time of purchase. If your purchased items appear at a lower price after you have made your purchase, you will not be entitled to any refund. If a pricing error occurs, either party has the right to cancel the purchase with a full refund of all sums paid.
Bulk purchase If you wish to purchase in large quantities, for example a purchase for a school or organisation, please contact us for large quantity discounts.
Payment We accept all major payment methods. Cheques are welcome but they must be cleared before goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted we will confirm this by e.mail. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of your details, including delivery details are correct. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds to pay for your goods. We reserve the right to verify your card details for authenticity.
Availability All products featured on our website are subject to availability. In most cases items will be available from stock. If your chosen item needs to be ordered from our manufacturer, you will be given an estimated delivery time. Items are ordered by container load. We cannot order individual items from our manufacturers. In the event that we are unable to supply an item ordered, we shall offer you an alternative product. If this is not acceptable to you, we shall refund all monies paid to us.
Delivery We will use our best endeavours to fulfil your order in the time scale advised at the time of booking. If we fail to deliver your goods within 14 working days of the date advised at the time of booking you will be entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Delivery to Wales, Devon and Cornwall, Scotland, the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Scottish Isles will incur extra charges.
We welcome orders from all over the world and we will be pleased to quote delivery charges to your destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to accept and sign for your goods. With your permission, we can leave goods at your delivery address unsigned. Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been delivered to your address. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damaged that may occur between the time of delivery and the time that you return to the designated delivery address. If delivery is refused or not possible at the given address we shall contact you to arrange an alternative delivery. You will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of this.
Free Delivery. The free delivery service is based upon a next day service. It applies to all English Counties except Devon, Cornwall, and Kent. The following charges apply to areas not covered by the free delivery;
Devon, Cornwall, Kent and Wales - £20, Scotland £35, Highlands and Islands - Please call for a quote.
How will my goods be delivered? We have 3 different delivery methods. Small items e.g Bistro sets, are send by a parcel courier on a next day service, Medium to large items will be sent to you on a pallet, again on a next day service. Delivery drivers will offload the pallet and put it at the entrance to your property. It will then be your responsibility to unpack and to place the furniture in its final location. If you have any restrictions in terms of access, please advise us of these at the time of ordering. Dependent upon your location we may use our own driver and vehicle to deliver your order. In cases where we deliver ourselves, 8 and 10 seater tables will be assembled for you. We shall contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time but please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times when using third party couriers. Deliveries can be left without signature provided there is a safe place to leave the goods and that you authorise for the goods to be delivered unsigned. Next day and Saturday morning deliveries are possible but these will incur extra charges. Please contact us for a quote. Please note; we cannot be held responsible for delays to delivery that occur when using third party delivery companies.
Returns Policy We offer a 7 day money back or exchange guarantee on all of our products if you are not completely satisfied with the goods that you receive. This applies to both faulty and non-faulty goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. In the case of non faulty goods, these must be returned in a condition that allows them to be sold ‘as new’ to another customer.
Refunds will be processed with 14 days of the goods being returned and inspected by ourselves. If the goods are returned damaged, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the original purchase cost.
Goods must be returned by the same delivery method as they were delivered. Any additional delivery charges incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Exchange of goods; In the case of faulty items, goods will be exchanged free of charge. If you wish to exchange goods due to any other reason, you will be liable for the return and re delivery cost of the replacement items plus any additional purchase costs.
Faulty goods; Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, you may encounter minor imperfections in the casting of your furniture. These will be purely cosmetic and will not affect the functionality, durability nor the life span of the item or items concerned. These imperfections do not constitute a fault ,nor are they considered as damage. They are inherent to the method in which the furniture is manufactured. Evidence of minor imperfections is not an acceptable reason for replacement of the item affected. This does not affect your right to return within 7 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.
Product Guarantees. We offer a 'no quibble' ten year guarantee on all cast aluminium furniture. Steel framed swing seats are guaranteed for 2 years. Parasols and cushions do not carry a guarantee but you may exercise your right to return faulty goods within 7 days of delivery in the event that they are delivered in a less than perfect condition. Products purchased before January 1st 2016 are only guaranteed for 5 years.
Details of our 10 year guarantee. We guarantee our furniture for 10 years from the date of delivery. The guarantee includes; peeling or flaking of the powder coating, rusting and structural changes.
Exclusions to the guarantee; Colour fading due to prolonged exposure to ultra violet light, cushions and parasols, parasol bases, seizure of the Lazy Susan (if applicable), deterioration of the powder coating due to the corrosive action of bird droppings or salt air, permanent locations within 2 kilometres of the coastline of Great Britain, Northern and Southern Ireland and the Islands of the United Kingdom, damage due to mis-handling or misuse by the customer, breakage caused by excessive weight placed on any item of furniture. (130kgs maximum) commercial use, loss of adjustable feet. Replacement of products under the terms of the guarantee are restricted to one replacement per product per customer.
Assembly. Some of the items supplied require self assembly. Basic DIY skills and some tools will be needed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakages that occur to any of the component parts during assembly of the furniture. If any of the component parts delivered to you have a manufacturing fault, this should be reported to us before you commence assembly. The inability to assemble the furniture is not grounds for requesting a return. Please ensure that you have both the tools and the ability to assemble the furniture before placing an order.
Special offers. From time to time we may offer promotions and special offers on some or all of our products. If you have purchased an item at a price higher than the offer price, you will not be eligible for a price adjustment after your order has been confirmed. Special offers are normally available for a limited period of time to clear any surplus stock.
Cancellations and amendments. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched you may do so. Cancellations must be informed to us in writing or by e.mail. Our cancellation charges are as follows;
Order value up to £1000 - 10%, Order value over £1000 - 5% If you wish to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched you must arrange for the goods to be returned within 7 days of receipt. Amendments to your order may be made prior to dispatch but this may cause a delay in the delivery date.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will be made in GBP and if applicable, current exchange rates will apply.
Colours of cushions and parasols We have made every effort to provide an exact colour match between our cushions and our parasols. However, these items are produced by different manufacturers and it may not always be possible to match the colour exactly.
Display Furniture. Display furniture is furniture that we have used in our own showroom and furniture that has been taken to various shows and exhibitions for marketing purposes. Moving these items around and in and out of vehicles sometimes results in them being marked or scratched. Such marks are minor and can often be touched up and concealed. At the end of each season, we sell our display furniture at reduced prices to take into account any imperfections in the appearance. If you decide to purchase one of our display items, you are the accepting the condition and you understand that the furniture is unlikely to be in an "as new" condition when you receive it. Display furniture is covered by our normal guarantee but it may not be returned nor rejected if you are unhappy with the condition when delivered. We shall use our best endeavours to describe the condition of the furniture accurately before you commit to purchase but we strongly advise you to visit our showroom and view prior to purchase.
There is no packaging for our display furniture. Therefore, it cannot be delivered by third party couriers. We shall deliver ourselves using our own vehicle and driver and the distance to which we will deliver is restricted to 40 miles from our location in Warrington, Cheshire. Deliveries further afield may be possible but these will carry additional charges.
Modifications to Website We reserve the right to modify our website at any time. This includes product details and pricing. We also reserve the right to restrict access to our website. Any additional features to our website or will be subject to these terms and conditions. We use our best endeavours to ensure that the content of our website is correct. However, mistakes can occur and we cannot be held liable for typographical errors.
Our website is available to persons over the age of 18 years who can be legally bound by law to enter into a contract with us for the supply of our products. You must be 18 years of age or more to purchase our products.
From time to time, our website may be unavailable for maintenance reasons or problems with communication links. We will endeavour to maintain continual availability of our website. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or omission resulting from temporary interruption of access to our website
Liability We confirm that we have the right to sell any product featured on our website and that the product will correspond to its published description. The products that we supply to you will be of acceptable quality. We shall conduct our business with you in a careful and professional manner. We shall not be held responsible for delay or inability to carry out our obligations to you if these result from reasons beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be held responsible for third party actions such as industrial disputes or fuel shortages. If we accept liability this will be limited to the amount paid by you for the products. This excludes liability that we may have for injury or death resulting from our proven negligence.
Non UK residents If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom and you choose to purchase any of our products, you must ensure that you are lawfully allowed to purchase the products that you select. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are confiscated by customs or other authorities due to non-compliance of the existing laws applicable to the country of destination.
