All warranties must be registered within 30-days to be activated. Our cast aluminium guarantee covers qualifying manufacturing and structural issues, including peeling or flaking of the powder coating, rusting and structural changes. Exclusions apply, including colour fading, damage caused by bird droppings or salt air, misuse or mishandling, damage during assembly or customer transportation, commercial use, transfer of ownership and permanent locations within 5km of the coastline of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. We offer free UK delivery on the majority of our orders, with most items delivered within 3–5 working days.

For larger items, remote locations or products requiring specialist delivery, timescales may vary. Where this applies, we’ll provide clear delivery information when your order is placed.

We can also arrange international delivery. Please contact our office for a tailored quotation, including delivery costs and estimated timescales for your destination.

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us. That’s why we offer a 14-day returns period, giving you plenty of time to make sure your purchase is right for your home or garden.

If you change your mind, simply contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the returns process.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll arrange your refund promptly.
